Roles and Responsibilities of  IQAC Co-ordinator:

  • Make sure all the members are active and effectively functioning in the respected criteria.
  • Disseminate the information on various quality parameters to all members.
  • Coordinate the legible documentation of all activities leading to quality improvement of all programmes.
  • Coordinate the quality-related activities of the institution.
  • Coordinate the timely and efficient execution of the decisions of IQAC committee.

Functions:

  1. Development and application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  2. Facilitating the creation of a student centric environment conducive to quality education and motivate faculty to update required knowledge to improve teaching and learning process.
  3. Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  4. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all the faculties involved in teaching learning process.
  5. Organization of workshops, seminars, training programs, skill development programmes on quality- related themes and promotion of quality circles.
  6. Facilitating for Proper online/ offline documentation of various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
  7. Acting as a nodal agency of the institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of the best practices.
  8. Development and maintenance of institutional database through E-governance for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing institutional quality.
  9. Provide a sound basis for decision making to improve institutional functioning.
